You agree that the information provided in your order is accurate and complete. You acknowledge that you have been asked to confirm your order details before placing an order and that all details are correct. You cannot cancel, or otherwise change the order after you have Submitted Payment and no guarantee of any changes can be made upon contacting us.
We reserve the right to reject any order placed by you for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, error in pricing or information, or any errors in your order. Should we reject any order we will notify you and arrange for a full refund or negotiate an agreed upon replacement product.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices shown are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change, at our discretion, and without notice to you. You may also be charged a delivery fee (which may also include GST where applicable).
Payment must be made by credit card via a secure payment gateway facility on our website. You authorize us to debit the amount for your order from your nominated credit card by submitting an order. A tax invoice will be emailed to you once the payment of your order has been processed. You agree to not pay, or attempt to pay, for your order through fraudulent or unlawful means.
Images and content on our website remain property of Coffee Alchemy. The material may not otherwise be used, copied, reproduced, published or transmitted in any form without prior written approval. You agree to not republish, repost or duplicate our property online.
YOUR ACCOUNT, MEMBERSHIP AND/OR REGISTRATION
You agree to maintain accurate, current and complete name and contact details for your orders.
You agree to keep passwords to your account confidential and accept any liability for activity on your account.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
We do not accept responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods once they have been dispatched with our carriers. Once goods are in transit they are the responsibility of the carrier and we are not covered for replacement or refunds unless extra cover is purchased in the method of delivery. Disputes with Australia Post should be taken up directly by the intended receiver.
Any replacements issued at our loss and are determined on a case by case basis. Please contact support with your order number if 5 business days have passed since your expected delivery. Please keep in mind that public holidays, weather delays and weekends often affect delivery times.
WARRANTIES, REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Our Warranty, Returns and Refunds Policy is in addition to, but does not affect, any rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
We endeavour to accurately portray all product images, descriptions, stock availability and prices. If an order has been placed based on incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel an order. In most instances will we contact the customer to discuss the error and work out a solution. Please choose carefully, you are responsible for the items and grind selection chosen and we will not be responsible for refunds, replacements or credits.
