We ship via Australia Post, Express Post and various couriers depending on your location. We endeavor to get your beans to you within 3-5 business days. Our goal is to send out on the same day orders that we receive before 2pm. Orders received after 2pm are sent the next business day, delivery can take up to a week in some areas, this will depend on Australia Post or the courier.
Shipping will be calculated after you’ve added all items to your cart based on the total weight of your order. Please review the shopping cart for options including for upgrading to Express Shipping.
Orders received by 2pm will usually be sent out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or over the weekend or public holiday will be sent the next business day.
If we have sent your order via Express Post or courier we can track it. Should you not get it after 5 business please contact us.

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee changes to or cancellation of orders after they are completed, as they are actioned by our online department straight away. Please choose carefully before you order. Please contact us immediately and we will try to help you as best we can.

Yes. Please change the Shipping Address to the person and address that you want the order sent to and select that you wish the order to be sent as a gift so we will not send them a copy of the tax invoice.
No. Please do separate orders as shipping will apply for both locations and ensure we send the right items to the right place.
Please contact us by email with details of the incorrect or missing items as soon as you receive your order. We will try to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
We accept no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery of or non-delivery of goods once they have been dispatched. If there is a fault with the product other than damage as a result of our carriers we can organise a replacement.

You acknowledge that you have been asked to confirm your order details before placing an order and that all details are correct. You cannot cancel, or otherwise change the order after you have Submitted Payment and no guarantee of any changes can be made upon contacting us.

Should we reject any order we will notify you and arrange for a full refund or negotiate an agreed upon replacement product.

Prices shown are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change, at our discretion, and without notice to you. You may also be charged a delivery fee (which may also include GST where applicable).
Payment must be made by credit card via a secure payment gateway facility on our website. You authorize us to debit the amount for your order from your nominated credit card by submitting an order. A tax invoice will be emailed to you once the payment of your order has been processed. You agree to not pay, or attempt to pay, for your order through fraudulent or unlawful means.
Images and content on our website remain property of Coffee Alchemy. The material may not otherwise be used, copied, reproduced, published or transmitted in any form without prior written approval. You agree to not republish, repost or duplicate our property online.
YOUR ACCOUNT, MEMBERSHIP AND/OR REGISTRATION
You agree to maintain accurate, current and complete name and contact details for your orders.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
We endeavour to accurately portray all product images, descriptions, stock availability and prices. If an order has been placed based on incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel an order.
- We will not provide product returns on any coffee or coffee making equipment including machines, grinders and brewing equipment unless faulty, damaged or we accept responsibility for an error. You may be asked to demonstrate that goods are faulty and that the goods being returned are not due to operator error. Please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your products with as much information as possible.
- We will offer store credits or exchanges for eligible products due to change of mind if products are in original packing and in a saleable condition. You must retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
- Please choose the selection of coffee beans and grind type carefully as we are unable exchange them for a different grind or for whole beans. If they are a gift and you are unsure please choose whole beans. We are happy to grind beans in store if you need
- Any non-coffee product sold with a manufacturers warranty should be covered under such warranty by the company unless faulty at time of purchase. Please contact us if you are experiencing a problem with any equipment purchased.

You may enter comments about your delivery and we will endeavour to pass these on to the carrier in charge of delivery. We cannot guarantee that these instructions will be followed, but we will try our best. Most items sent with Australia Post will be delivered in a normal fashion and may need to be picked up at your local post office.
Periodically we may offer discounted or free shipping promotions that may require the use of a code entered at checkout for eligibility. We reserve the right to select the method at which we send these orders. We also reserve the right to combine shipping if multiple orders to the same location have been placed with a discounted shipping method.
We have worked with many users of the Atomic and found that our espresso grind is best for this. Please select “espresso machine” and if you are concerned please put in the comments. Please do not select whole beans and specify to grind for atomic in the comments.
Our Paracelsus Punch blend is a staff favourite for drinking with soy. It is a beautiful punchy blend with bold flavour and low acidity which helps reduce curdling in your milk.
Our house blend, Goodness Galileo is the coffee we serve most drinks on in the cafes, so by default this has become the blend we are known for. A great starting point to try our beans and branch out from.
